我司有完整的蓝宝石晶片生产线。从切割、研磨到抛光的加工设备都来自德国、日本等国家先进的设备。公司可为客户提供定制的毛坯片或者抛光平片。

所有我司蓝宝石衬底基片都产自我司高品质的蓝宝石晶锭。

我们提供常规的2寸、4寸、6寸、8寸LED晶片。同时也可根据客户需求定制其他规格尺寸。

我们的蓝宝石晶棒都是从HEM晶锭掏出的。掏棒之前，晶锭先按照不同材料等级分类，用精密数控机床CNC定向，然后掏棒机进行掏棒。掏出的晶棒需检验缺陷，尺寸，晶向，然后滚圆成后道的产品直径。所有晶棒发货前，都经过QC检验合格出库。
