Our crystal growth and fabrication engineers work together to create superior Sapphire parts from boules grown with our advanced HEM growth process.  The quality of the Sapphire products we ship is assured by our quality technicians using ISO compliant quality systems throughout the production process. 

At every step of the process our quality assurance technicians are checking quality.  Monitoring starts at incoming inspection of material and continues through the loading of the growth chambers, cutting, grinding and polishing of parts. Every finished part undergoes final product inspection before it is packaged and shipped. The entire production process is monitored to ensure that nothing but quality products leave our facility.

The job of quality assurance does not end when we ship our products. If any problems are encountered after delivery, our quality engineers and technical experts will work with you to resolve issues. Its all part of our commitment to quality and to customer satisfaction.
