Founded in November 2010, the Guiyang City Industrial Investment Group and a US technical team joined forces, using the most advanced processing technology and equipment for sapphire growth, combined with years of experience in optical processing and technology development, production and innovation.   

It is reported that in March 2015, HTOT's self-developed the capability to produce quality 230KG sapphire boules, the largest one weighing 233.05KG. This accomplishment once again broke the record for Asia's largest sapphire crystal. The boule had a height of 285mm, and a  diameter of 520mm. This technology breakthrough will further reduce costs and improve production capacity for products such as watches, phone covers, LED substrates, sheets and other mainstream products. It also opens up the opportunity to use sapphire in applications where large substrates are required. 

HTOT will bring a series of photoelectric sapphire crystals and sapphire substrates to show at the 17th China International Optoelectronic Exposition being held August 31, 2015 - October 3 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center  (Booth: Hall 2 2K21).
 
    Haotian Optoelectronics total investment of 2.2 billion yuan, resulted in an annual output of 30 million LED sapphire substrates after the completion of the project.  Products produced are widely used in the semiconductor, chemical, aviation, aerospace, communications and other fields.
