HTOT successfully produced several 230kg-class sapphire boules in March 2015, the heaviest of which was 233.05kg. The large-size sapphire crystals are of high quality and clear color.

They have diameters of 520mm and heights of 285mm. These 230kg class boules make it possible to produce larger sapphire parts, and in fact, have enabled HTOT to produce high quality sapphire windows up to 20 inches (510mm) in diameter!

The success of HTOT's growth technology facilitates the application of HTOT’s sapphire material to smart phone, scanner, panel display and other large-size requirements. It also strengthens the advantages of HTOT’s material in the traditional application such as watch covers, LED substrates and other optical products.
